Claudia was previously a Senior Associate at Mercanti e Associati (2019-2021) and before that at Mercanti-Dorio e Associati (2017-2018). From 1999 to 2017, she worked in the Verona office of the law firm Tito Zilioli.
She has gained significant experience in the areas of civil litigation, legal and contractual advice to companies, and in corporate restructuring and resolution of corporate crises.
She also acts as receiver, commissioner and liquidator in various bankruptcy proceedings.
