Sebastiano was previously a partner at Mercanti e Associati (2019-2021) and before that at Mercanti-Dorio e Associati (2012-2018), which he had joined in 2006. In his early career (2001-2006), he worked in the Milan office of Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati. As a professional practitioner he attended a summer programme at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP in London.
